These terms are between you or your organization and Rubicon Microproducts Inc. (info@rubiconmp.com). By using MedTech Signal you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.

Rubicon Microproducts Inc. provides MedTech Signal, which collects records published by medical-device regulators, organizes them, highlights changes, and suggests possible relationships between records from different regulators.

Suggested relationships between records — for example a possible link between a U.S. authorization and a Canadian licence — are candidates for your own review, not findings of fact. The platform labels their confidence and never states that a device is unlicensed.

The information in MedTech Signal is provided by Rubicon Microproducts Inc. for information only. It is not regulatory, legal or professional advice, and it does not represent the position of any regulator.

Always confirm anything you rely on against the original regulator record, which is linked from every screen. You remain responsible for your own regulatory decisions and submissions.

Regulator sources change and may be incomplete, delayed or temporarily unavailable. We refresh sources on a schedule and show when each source last refreshed successfully, but we cannot guarantee that the platform is complete, current or free of error.

We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the platform, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Keep your access credentials secure and do not share them outside your organization.

Do not attempt to disrupt the platform, access data belonging to other organizations, scrape or resell the platform's contents as your own product, or use the platform in breach of applicable law.

Underlying regulator records remain the material of the issuing regulator. The platform itself — its software, structure, normalization, matching logic and presentation — is our property and is protected by copyright.

Content your team creates in the platform, such as watchlists and review decisions, remains yours.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on information in the platform without verifying it against the original regulator record.

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
