Terms of use

These terms are between you or your organization and Rubicon Microproducts Inc. (info@rubiconmp.com). By using MedTech Signal you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.

Rubicon Microproducts Inc. provides MedTech Signal, which collects records published by medical-device regulators, organizes them, highlights changes, and suggests possible relationships between records from different regulators.

Suggested relationships between records — for example a possible link between a U.S. authorization and a Canadian licence — are candidates for your own review, not findings of fact. The platform labels their confidence and never states that a device is unlicensed.

The information in MedTech Signal is provided by Rubicon Microproducts Inc. for information only. It is not regulatory, legal or professional advice, and it does not represent the position of any regulator.

Always confirm anything you rely on against the original regulator record, which is linked from every screen. You remain responsible for your own regulatory decisions and submissions.

Regulator sources change and may be incomplete, delayed or temporarily unavailable. We refresh sources on a schedule and show when each source last refreshed successfully, but we cannot guarantee that the platform is complete, current or free of error.

We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the platform, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Keep your access credentials secure and do not share them outside your organization.

Do not attempt to disrupt the platform, access data belonging to other organizations, scrape or resell the platform's contents as your own product, or use the platform in breach of applicable law.

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and keep your workspace secure. These do not require consent and are always used.

With your consent, we also use Google Analytics to count visits and page views so we can understand which parts of the platform are used. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser for this purpose. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or share the data it collects.

We ask for your consent in a banner the first time you visit, and you can change your choice at any time using the Cookies link in the footer of any page. Declining analytics does not limit any feature of the platform.

Underlying regulator records remain the material of the issuing regulator. The platform itself — its software, structure, normalization, matching logic and presentation — is our property and is protected by copyright.

Content your team creates in the platform, such as watchlists and review decisions, remains yours.

Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance, monthly or annually, at the price and currency shown at checkout. Unless you cancel before the end of the current period, the subscription renews automatically for a further period of the same length at the then-current price.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access to paid features continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Prices are shown exclusive of sales tax, VAT or GST where applicable; the applicable tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your location. Fees that remain unpaid after a failed payment may lead to the paid features being switched off.

Free trials, where offered, run for the stated period and end automatically unless you choose a paid plan.

Payments are processed by Stripe. For each purchase, Stripe handles tax calculation, collection, filing and remittance for buyers in the countries it covers, together with fraud protection, dispute handling and transaction-level customer support.

When this handling applies to your purchase, your card statement shows LINK.COM* followed by our name, and the checkout page shows the standardized payment terms that apply. Card details are entered with Stripe and are never held by us.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a paid plan is not right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

Refunds are processed through Stripe. Write to us at info@rubiconmp.com with the email address on your receipt and we will arrange it.

We may suspend or end access where there is a material breach of these terms, non-payment of fees due, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious misuse of the platform.

When access ends you can ask us to export the workspace content your team created; after a reasonable export window it may be deleted.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on information in the platform without verifying it against the original regulator record.

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
