Change detection, not re-notification

Each refresh compares against the last good snapshot with deterministic rules — no model inference. An unchanged source produces no events and no alerts. A genuine change produces exactly one event and one alert, and concurrent refreshes are serialized so nothing is duplicated.

• Licence status, identifier added or removed, recall matched, FDA decision, device name, holding company, product code and class changes
• Company changes: published name, address and country
• Info, Attention and Critical severity, with unread tracking and read/unread filtering

Delivery you can configure

Each alert category can be immediate, a daily digest, a weekly digest or off. A weekly watchlist summary goes to the address you choose. Messages sit in a queue with retries at 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours, 6 hours and 24 hours, are never sent twice, and are marked undeliverable with the reason after six failures.

Private to your account

Watchlists, alerts and digests belong to the account that created them. Roles — Admin, Member and ReadOnly — are enforced on the server, not in the browser, and one account's activity never appears in another's feed or digest.
